October was Heavy Machinery and Trucking month with the Trades Academy and SJL Construction was there to help us wrap up the month’s theme. On October 30th on a bright and sunny afternoon, Shannon Lenennard, of SJL construction brought his truck to Fortuna High School and gave a talk on how to obtain a truck driving license. He stressed, as a member of the trades industry, how imperative it is for the future of trades to have skilled laborers.
