HCOE partners with Riverside COE’s Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI) to provide a comprehensive induction program. The program supports educators through job-embedded inquiry cycles aligned with California Standards for the Teaching Profession. Participants work with high-impact reflective coaches to develop inclusive, dynamic classrooms through personalized, self-directed, and technology-infused pathways to earn a California Clear Credential.
For detailed program eligibility information visit the CTI Handbook Website.
All participants must complete the appropriate form based on their role:
After submitting your Interest Form you will receive an initial email from the Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI) with instructions to enroll in the program.
After enrolling, you will receive a second email from CTI with details on registering for required training sessions.
To help you and your Induction Partner plan your schedules, please refer to the training calendar. There are two meeting dates for each training. Choose only one for each type of training.
Professional development units are available to both candidates and coaches upon completion of the Induction program.
Important: Employers reserve the right to designate whether these units meet their requirements for salary advancement. It is strongly recommended that you confirm your eligibility with your Local Educational Agency (LEA) before registering for these units.
