Some Humboldt County school districts are planning to continue providing meals to children throughout the summer, in some cases including to children who do not go to district schools.
Administrators, if your district is serving meals but not listed here, please email commcenter@hcoe.org.
Meals are offered Monday through Friday with breakfast and lunch served in one bag.
All children ages 18 and younger are welcome to these free meals!

Regular on-site meal pickup will be provided three days a week – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Two days’ worth of meals will be provided on Mondays and Wednesdays. This schedule will continue through the summer.

In addition, ECS will be providing meals to Camp Cooper and the Municipal Auditorium in Eureka. Breakfast can be picked up at 7am and lunch at noon Monday thru Friday. Also, in partnership with Food For People, the Teen Center at 3015 J Street wil serve breakfast at 9am and lunch at noon Monday through Friday.

MUSD will be offering five (5) day meal bags for children 18 years of age and under through the summer. The meal bags can be picked up every Tuesday from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. at McKinleyville Middle School.
Children will be given one (1) non-perishable bag and one (1) refrigerated bag. These bags will contain both the Breakfast and Lunch meal items for 5 days.
