The Educational Services Division is HCOE’s largest division, bringing together teams that partner with districts, charter schools, and the broader community to strengthen teaching and learning and expand student opportunity.

The division includes Learning Support Services, Prevention and Intervention Services, School Support and Instructional Leadership, Career and College Services, Community Outreach and Engagement, Instructional Technology, and Teacher Residencies—delivering a wide range of public-facing programs and supports such as professional development, library services, curriculum and instruction, Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and differentiated assistance, Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), student events, and career and college pathways (e.g., Trades Academy and summer institutes).
