This is a monthly gathering of Instructional Coaches and educators from Humboldt County who aim to enhance their coaching practice. A variety of facilitators will take us on a deeper dive into coaching tools and frameworks, and provide dynamic, active practice. We draw from the work of Diane Sweeney, Jim Knight, Elena Aguilar, and Compassionate Systems. These are designed as stand-alone sessions. Regardless of the level of experience in the coaching world, you are welcome!
