HCOE Hosts 38th Doris Niles Science Fair; Reveals Winners

The 38th Annual Humboldt County Doris Niles Science Fair was held March 15-19 virtually.  Students in 4th through 12th grades from nearly 20 Humboldt County schools competed in the two-day event. Local Music Educators Honored At Virtual State Conference

Two local music teachers were honored at the California Music Educators’ Association Conference (CMEA). Katri Pitts of Cutten-Ridgewood Schools received a state award for excellence in general classroom music education and Ronite Gluck won an award for Outstanding Music Educator, North Coast Section.
