Notice to Bidders
The Humboldt County Office of Education will receive bids on a cooperative paper contract for various public agencies in Humboldt County, potentially including but not limited to, the cities of Eureka, Fortuna, Arcata and Rio Dell, College of the Redwoods, Humboldt County Office of Education, and various school districts.
Bid packages listing specifications may be obtained from Hana Hanawalt in the Business Services Office at the Humboldt County Office of Education, 901 Myrtle Avenue, Eureka, CA 95501. Bid forms are also available for download at https://hcoe.org/bids, under the 2023-2024 Paper Bids section.
Bids shall be filed in said Office of Education on or before 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2023 and will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. The Bid analysis and initial awards may be posted on the HCOE Bids website (https://hcoe.org/bids) the week of March 27, 2023. It is anticipated that the awards will be approved at the April 12, 2023 Board of Education meeting.
The Humboldt County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding process, and to be the sole judge of the merit and suitability of the merchandise offered.
No bidder may withdraw his or her bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
