The Humboldt County Office of Education (“HCOE” or “County Office”) is soliciting proposals from qualified insurance carriers, benefit providers, brokers, consultants, administrators, and other qualified entities to provide competitive proposals for employee medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.

HCOE is seeking proposals that provide high-quality health and welfare benefits for eligible employees and their covered dependents at competitive and sustainable rates. HCOE may consider proposals for the replacement, continuation, redesign, or modification of its existing benefit programs, attached hereto, including proposals that provide comparable or improved benefits, expanded provider access, cost savings, administrative efficiencies, and other advantages to HCOE and its eligible employees.

HCOE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive immaterial irregularities, request additional information or clarification from any proposer, negotiate with one or more proposers, and award all or any portion of the services described in this RFP in the manner HCOE determines to be in its best interests.
