This fall, local high school students had the opportunity to visit College of the Redwoods through Education at Work’s College Connect program. Students from Six Rivers Charter and East High School visited CR to learn about different careers and see what college classes are like. Students had the chance to attend a Business 10 class and experience a college class lecture. They were also able to meet with CR financial aid to ask questions about the financial aid process and the different options they have when it comes to affording college. The field trips were very helpful and inspiring for the students that attended. Thank you to the professors and staff at College of the Redwoods for providing these students with such a great experience!
