Scotia School’s cafeteria has prepared and distributed up to 100 breakfasts and 100 lunches for our community daily. To guarantee food for their children over Spring Break, but still give their hard working cafeteria staff, bus drivers, and classroom paraprofessionals a much deserved vacation, they prepared family food boxes with enough food for the week, and had a little fun doing it – with custom T-Shirts, bunny ears, a refrigerated truck donated from Humboldt Creamery, and a decorated school bus turned lunch bus!
