HERC Librarian Services
HCOE employs a credentialed library media specialist (sometimes known as a “teacher librarian”) to serve schools and their libraries all around the county. Whether at the school, district or county level, teacher librarians serve in multiple roles: information specialists, school library program managers, and instructional partners.
