The Culinary pathway is a program where students learn food safety, preparation, plating, and serving skills.  Students earn their food handler’s card, allowing them to work in a kitchen, and have the opportunity to interact with different commercial equipment.

The Culinary 1 course teaches proper sanitation, knife skills, and students can experiment with fun recipes.
