Humboldt County Office of Education is proud to partner with Riverside County Office of Education’s Center for Administrator Preparation (CAP) to bring a robust, student-centered Administrative Services Credential program to Northern California. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to cultivating equity-driven, highly capable school leaders who are prepared to meet the evolving demands of educational leadership with integrity and innovation.

Through this partnership, aspiring administrators in the region gain access to a Commission-approved program that blends rigorous coursework with job-embedded learning. Participants benefit from expert mentorship, practical leadership development, and a supportive learning community—all designed to build capacity for transformational leadership in schools and districts across the North Coast.
