The Culinary pathway is a two-year program where students learn food safety, preparation, plating, and serving skills.  Students earn their food handler’s card, allowing them to work in a kitchen, and have the opportunity to interact with different commercial equipment.

The Culinary 1 course teaches proper sanitation, knife skills, and students can experiment with fun recipes.

In Culinary 2, students learn skills used in the restaurant industry including food prep, cooking and baking, plating, and washing dishes to get them ready for employment opportunities in the culinary field or culinary school.
