ADOS – 2 Training for School Psychologists
Training Description
This training is for School Psychologists to learn how to administer the ADOS-2 assessment tool to evaluate individuals suspected of having autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Trainer information
Dr. Emma Salzman is a clinical psychologist at UCSF. She specializes in comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for a range of neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders. She has been an ADOS trainer for almost a decade and is also an Adapted ADOS trainer. She has a strong interest in behavioral phenotyping, differential diagnosis, implementation of NDBl’s, emotion regulation within families, and parent and family resiliency. She provides a variety of services to individuals with NDDs as well as teaching and supervising clinical psychology graduate students. She received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the PG SP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium in 2017, and completed her pre-doctoral internship in pediatric psychology at the University of Oregon Health and Science in Portland Oregon and the Leadership and Education in Neurodevelopmental Disorders (LEND) program and completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at University of California, San Francisco.
