Pledge to Participate in Humboldt Write Out! (Write Out Event 3 of 3)

Take your class outside to write using activities and resources from the educator toolkit. Document your experience to share with the local and national movement.
Write Out is an annual celebration hosted by the National Writing Project which inspires writers to draw from the world around them through place-based writing and sharing. This year’s theme, Write Where We Stand, centers writing in the places that shape and sustain us.
Humboldt Write Out! event schedule:
- Thursday, September 24, Info Session, 4:00-4:30 pm on Zoom (use this link to drop-in)
- Sunday, October 4, Educator Field Day, 9:00-12:00 pm at the HERC Library
- Wednesday, October 14, Humboldt Write Out! with your class. Register below to receive educator materials and share results!
*Participation in any event qualifies you for the Write Out Educator Toolkit. Participants who complete all 3 events qualify for $100 stipend and .5 Continued Education Units (CEU).
