Training Objectives

• Explore trauma-informed practices for equitable discipline.
• Develop supervision-based strategies for staff to create inclusive environments.
• Understanding escalations in the Escalation Curve of Anxiety
• Learn actionable methods to reduce disparities in behavior response.

This training is being offered three times during the 2025-2026 school year. The registration form can be used to sign up for any of them. You only need to attend one session.
