TESI | Technology Exploration Summer Institute

TESI (Technology Career Exploration Summer Institute) is a free four week summer education program sponsored by HCOE’s Career and College Resource Department in partnership with College of the Redwoods. TESI provides local high school students* the opportunity to explore career fields in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

*Space is limited, priority may be given to graduating seniors

This year, the program is expanding to offer TWO options

  • TESI I is an introduction to six main domains of ICT, plus an opportunity to visit local worksites that showcase the wide variety of the use of technology in industry. It is recommended that students begin their TESI experience in this program.
  • TESI II is designed for students who have previously participated in the TESI program, or have previous experience in computer programming or other related technologies. Students will explore careers through a short, work-based learning experience with one of our industry partners.
