Children Age Birth to Three

Referral can be made to the Early Start Coordinator at Redwood Coast Regional Center, or to the Special Beginnings Program Manager at Humboldt County Office of Education.

Children Age Three to Five (Preschool)

Referral can be made to the school district of residence (school district in which the child lives), or to the Special Beginnings Program Manager at Humboldt County Office of Education. If the child is, or will soon be, eligible based on age to attend Kindergarten, then referral should be made to the district of residence.
