Humboldt County Office of Education: Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)

Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)

Notice: For the 2020-2021 School Year, the standard LCAP (Local Control & Accountability Plan) has been replaced by a different document, called the Learning Continuity & Attendance Plan.

Additional Required Documents, such as COVID Prevention Plans (CPP/CSP) and Comprehensive Support and Improvement Prompts (CSI) will be posted here as well.

As part of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), school districts, COEs, and charter schools are required to develop, adopt, and annually update a three-year Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), beginning on July 1, 2014, using a template adopted by the California State Board of Education (SBE). The LCAP is required to identify goals and measure progress for student subgroups across multiple performance indicators.
